Who's Behind This
I'm Mike. I've been building systems and solving operational problems for over twenty years. Started in prepress and large-format production back in 2002. Helped build out one of the largest digital print operations in North America. Spent years connecting disconnected systems, automating workflows that ate up people's days, and documenting processes that existed only in someone's head.
Been tinkering with technology since 1986. That's not a flex. That's just a long time solving the same kind of problem: making things work together so people can focus on their actual work.
These aren't theories. This is what I've been doing for two decades across print production, workflow systems, and business operations.
Now I do the same thing for small businesses and individuals who have better things to do than fight their own tools.
One person. Not an agency. Not a revolving door of project managers and junior contractors. You work with me directly, start to finish. I build things that last, hand you the keys, and stick around only if you want me to.

How much does this cost?
It depends on what you need and how much of it there is. Every project gets scoped in a real conversation, and you get a clear number before anything starts. No surprises, no open-ended billing, no invoices you didn't see coming.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
Almost never. We work with what you already have. Most businesses already own the tools they need. They're just not connected. We plug the gaps instead of ripping things out.
How long does a typical project take?
A discovery session is usually a week or two. A full implementation depends on scope but most projects wrap in 4 to 8 weeks. You'll know the timeline before we start.
Do I have to be technical?
No. We handle the technical side. You just need to know how your business works (or how you want it to work). If you can describe your process in plain English, we can automate it.
What do I actually own when we're done?
Everything. The documentation, the automations, the workflows, the website. All of it. You get full access and full control. If you never talk to us again, everything keeps running.
Can you help with personal projects, not just business?
Yes. Smart home setups, connecting your personal apps and devices, automating your own workflows. Same skills, different context. You don't need to be a business to benefit from better systems.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Based in SW Idaho but most of our work is done remotely. Screen shares, async updates, and clear documentation mean location doesn't matter much.
What happens after the project is done?
That's up to you. Some clients want ongoing support and we offer monthly plans for that. Others take the keys and run things themselves. Both are fine. There's no pressure to keep paying us.
